A verb is not a data contract

“Predict” may sound like a single action, but an integration still needs to say what is being computed. Specify the selected objects, time window, reference settings, and event criteria. Do not let the endpoint name imply the ability to forecast personal outcomes.

An event record and a reading record

A proposed event record can preserve modeled times, target relationships, and calculation warnings. A separate reading record can carry a theme, a reflection question, and an editorial revision. Connect them with stable identifiers rather than combining all information into one unverifiable sentence.

Make intervals reproducible

Choose a boundary convention, preserve the computation’s time basis, and distinguish exact contacts from broader tolerance windows. A coarse sample is not automatically an exact event time. Test wraparound, repeated contacts, empty intervals, and results returned by overlapping requests.

Use the example for planning

The local examples are static JSON fixtures and contain no live ephemeris data. They help explain response shape without pretending to calculate a chart.
